About Sarah Rose
I have been sharing the practice of yoga for 15 years, with a focus on Vinyasa, Restorative, and Yin yoga. My journey began in Phoenix, where I was fortunate to learn from a diverse group of influential teachers who have enriched my understanding and shaped my unique approach. In my classes, I weave together fluid movement and deep relaxation, creating a warm and nurturing space for students of all levels.
I encourage everyone to connect with their bodies, honor their unique journeys, and find a sense of balance. Through my teaching, I aspire to inspire personal growth, healing, and mindfulness, fostering an environment where students can embrace peace and compassion, both on and off the mat.
